• Ideally flat grounds

• Location close to medium voltage power lines (13.2 kV or 23 kV)

• Location close to electrical distribution substation

• Land free from mortgages, liens or litigation

• Lands located from the Biobio Region to the north

• Class III, IV or higher soil
